The company Tera d.o.o. has been operating on the market since 1990, when it opened its first construction material store in Buje. With the growth of the volume of business and the strengthening of the market, Tera accepts the challenges and opens its second office in Umag, which offers an additional range in addition to traditional construction.

In 2000, Tera made its biggest breakthrough when it moved to a new location in the trade zone of the city of Umag. With a larger workforce, a better position, a wider and better assortment and strong logistics, Tera is positioned among the leading companies in the city of Umag and beyond. In 2004, Tera opened its third office in Novigrad, further strengthening its position on the market. Today, Tera is the leader in the sale of construction materials and materials for home decoration in the area of ​​northwestern Istria; from the Croatian-Slovenian border, through the Umag area and all of Bujština to Poreština.
